Halloween Art Challenge with Illuvium
Illuvium is collaborating with Immutable and Travala to bring an excitingly spooky challenge to players this year!
This exciting Halloween art challenge requires a few steps for users to participate. Firstly, pick your favorite Illuvial from a selection of five. These five Illuvials can be found in the Twitter thread as well as here.

Once you have chosen your favorite Illuvial, edit the image to bring in the spookiest Halloween vibe you can think of. Let your creativity flow! Submit your edit, and then join the community vote on Discord. Take a look at the event link here for more information.

Halloween Art Challenge Illuvials
As we mentioned above, participants should pick their favorite Illuvial and edit some spooky Halloween features. Below, we’re going to take a look at the five Illuvials you can pick from.
Atlas
Atlas is a joyful blue bundle with adorable features and the ability to run on all fours. The Atlas loves to bury itself in the Halcyon Sea, greeting other Illuvials in a friendly manner. Atlas tends to be friends with larger Illuvials and does not mind being pushed around due to its sturdy build. The Atlas is a Bulwark Illuvial with increased elemental and physical resistance. It can filter water, which is part of why the surrounding seas are so clear. Overall, the Atlas is durable, adorable, and friendly! Why wouldn’t this Illuviual be a favorite?
Kukka
Kukka is a bird-like Illuvial with Air and Empath synergies. A smart and collected Illuvial, the Kukka can suspend its closest enemy in the air, stunning them for a few seconds. Although the Kukka is pretty smart, its physical skills do not make up for it as much as other Illuvials.
Archie
Archie is an adorable turtle-like Illuvial, with piercing big green eyes. With nature and empath synergies, Archie is in touch with nature and can deal some good damage to enemies. Archie slams its turtle flippers into the ground, creating a cloud of dust that grow to a 25 Hex Radius over 3 seconds. With a good attack range and physical resistance, Archie is a good choice for a solid fight.
Rypter
Rypter is a strong fighter Illuvial with a long reptilian stinger. With 1550 health and a high attack speed, Rypter is a strong Illuvial. Rypter also has water as a synergy, meaning they perform well in water. When Rypter Illuvials evolve, they adopt poison synergies to attack their opponents even further.
Tatopee
Tatopee is an earth and poison synergy snail. With an undeniably adorable look, the Tatopee is not as innocent as it looks. Tatopee retracts into its shell, taking 30% less damage for four seconds. During these four seconds, Tatopee will launch projectiles at the three nearest enemies to deal high energy damage.
Illuvium Competition Details
Only one entry per person will be allowed to be considered, so make sure your one Illuvium entry is your favorite!
The submission period for these Illuvial edits will begin on October 29th at 14:00 UTC and will end on November 3rd at 23:59 UTC. The internal voting period shall take place for 24 hours after the end of final submissions. The Illuvium Art Team will look through all edits and select 30 of the top edits for the community to vote on.
After this, the community will narrow down the 30 into 15, voting for only their favorites. This community voting period will be held through the Halloween Gleam Gallery. Edits will be available to view in the gallery after the end of the internal voting period.
As a community member, you will be able to vote for your favorite Illuvial artwork! Voting will begin for the community on November 5th at 00:00 UTC and will end on November 6th at 23:59 UTC.
Illuvium Prizes
Of course, any Illuvium competition must have prizes to be won. This Halloween-themed competition will determine the three top winners. These three winners will receive three things. Let’s take a look at what these are.
A Jack-O-Lantern Rai holographic collectible NFT will be up for grabs, as well as 300 $IMX tokens and $50 worth of Travala vouchers.
Those who rank in 4th and 5th place will receive the Jack-O-Lantern NFTs but not the tokens or vouchers. Finally, the remaining ten winners out of the 15 winners will receive a Jack-O-Lantern Rai standard collectible NFT. So, still a great prize!
