Avalanche

Since the Ethereum network was disrupted by CryptoKitties in late 2017, people have been searching for alternative P2E games that can be scaled effectively. Avalanche has emerged as a blockchain that is gaining popularity in the gaming community.

With an array of active and upcoming games, Avalanche’s gaming ecosystem has built a strong reputation and is well-positioned to capture a significant share of the Web3 gaming industry.

While Ethereum and its connected sidechains and scaling solutions, such as Polygon, dominate the NFT market and NFT-powered crypto games, we have witnessed an increase in developers building on Avalanche in recent years.

Avalanche provides game studios and developers with the opportunity to create a custom blockchain economy and mechanics for their games, resulting in a unique gaming experience for players. Let’s take a look at three promising games available on Avalanche:

Rise Online World

Rise Online World is a distinctive and captivating MMORPG developed in Turkey, with gameplay that rivals AAA titles. The game boasts an enormous open-world map with stunning graphics and a user-friendly physics engine.

Rise Online World

The in-game currency, $ROKO, can be obtained by raiding, crafting, engaging in and succeeding in PvP combat, engaging in and succeeding in PvE boss events, and achieving in-game objectives.

Players can swap these tokens for other cryptos on exchanges or utilize them to conduct in-game commerce. Players have the chance to acquire exclusive collectibles that are not available to everyone by using $ROKO to buy and trade rare in-game goods like pets and armor as NFTs. On the in-game NFT Market, they can also rent or sell these items. Rise Online World is now available for free to play even though its full release is not yet complete.

Crabada

Players engage in mining or looting activities in Crabada, a truly decentralized P2E idle game, with variable levels of risk and reward. Usually, participants send crabs or vicious battling hermits to steal their opponents’ loot.

The most seasoned game dapp on Avalanche is probably Crabada. Crabada has advanced to new levels thanks to recent modifications to the gameplay modes and its fascinating design, but lacking the RPG-level action-packed gameplay.

Crabada is powered by the tokens $TUS and $CRA. By staking and participating in the game, players are able to acquire $TUS, the in-game currency, and $CRA, the governance token, by mining, looting, and lending the Crabs. Hence, in order to play Crabada, you must spend or rent $TUS on a team of crabs.

Wyndblast

Play-to-earn multiplayer game Wyndblast was created on the Avalanche network. The game is set in the virtual world of Chronica Sola Verse, where players can tame dragons called Wynds (PVP), hire riders, build equipment, and fight other players.

Wyndblast

You are a young mercenary lord in WyndBlast who hires and trains mercenaries, forges weapons to boost your armory and engages in combat with other players and monsters. So, as NFTs, players can own Riders, Wynds, and tools. Also, the worlds of Chronia Sola and WyndBlast are powered by the ERC-20 token $CHRO.

The firm is developing a number of games, and Wyndblast will be the first to launch. All of these games will share the same native CHRO coin and NFT assets. This metaverse strategy tries to create a gaming ecosystem free from the typical boom-and-bust cycle found in similiar titles.
